Outlook Rule to Filter Spam

I have been receiving email spam that is not addressed to me directly.
Generally, it has the correct format for my corporation, but only my first
name is right, with an incorrect last name. I tried to establish a rule, but
there is only a stock option to filter items that do not have my name in the
To box. I need to have one that filters items that do not have my name in
either the To or CC box...this is for my work address and I am copied on many
pertinent items. Any help would be appreciated.

Create a rule that deletes ALL mail and use an exception of "except if my
name is in the To or Cc box".

how about using the option to filter with specific words in the Sender's
address and type the incorrect last name that the spamer are using.

Great idea! Thanks. Do you know if it will allow items where I am bcc'd?

I don't think so. If you want to include Bcc, then you may have to use the
exception "except with spefic words in the recipient's address" and use your
address for "specific words". I've not tried it, but I believe it should
work.
