Outlook rule problem

Hi, I've set a rule as:

"Apply this rule after I sent the message
sent to Distribution_List
Cc the message to KC"

I sent a message to someone in the distribution list, but
KC seems not receiving a copy. Why is that?

Do you have any other rules for KC
If Yes You will probably need to modify them to include an exception
