Outlook Rule Move Stops Working.

I have a rule that moves mail. It worked then suddenly it doesn't. It is
actually placing the mail in the folder it should but it is not deleting it
from the original.

Like I said it did work. The rule has not changed (I doubled checked it.) I
am moving email from an IMAP account to a local folder.

Before it would delete the IMAP mail by putting a line thru it. Now just
leaves it.

Any ideas? Do rules get corrupted?

In my Outlook 200, yes, I have had some minor instances with Rules
"mysteriously" stopped working. I found just simply reapplying and then Run
rules now and restatrting windows will re-apply rules.
