Outlook replies with multiple accounts

I have two accounts - one for self and one for wife. Message rules ensure
that messages go into relevant mailboxes, but when we use reply button,
sometimes the message goes out under the wrong name. Is there anything I can
do to correct this please?
 
For what version of Outlook? In case of Outlook 2003; apply SP2
