multiple accounts

I have set up two accounts in Outlook - one for me and one for wife, with
message rules for separate mailboxes.

Problem: when either of us hits the reply button, the reply might go from
the other address - not always but sometimes. Can this be corrected?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
