Outlook removed the following attatchments...?

Hello.

Please can you help me. I have a message saying that Outlook removed
unsafe attachments in the .eml format. I know that they were
definitely not unsafe and I really need them. Is there anyway I can
prevent Outlook doing this in future, and is it possible to retrieve
these ones, or do I have to go back into Work again and mail them
home?

No, it said that Outlook has removed ACCESS to the file

Tools-> Options-> tab Security-> option Do not allow attachments...
