Outlook Reminders

Outlook 2002 yearly reminders pop up EVERY Monday even though dismissed. I
can't figure out how to make it stop and our outside computer techs can't
either. It didn't start until a few months ago when some virus when through
part of our Outlook and some of the files had to be rebuilt on the Server.
Has anyone else had this problem and been able to fix it?

Did you try running the CleanReminder command line fix? This may solve your
issue.

Thanks Francine, but we tried this a few weeks ago, but with no satisfaction.

Are you sure it's a Calendar reminder? When you make a recurring Task
there's a setting to regenerate the task after it has been completed, and the
default just happens to be 1 week. Try clicking Open the next time a
reminder pops up, click Recurrence, and then make sure the "regenerate"
button isn't clicked...also try setting the bottom part of the recurrence
range to for a specific end date (say...tomorrow LOL). Hope this helps.
