Outlook refuses access by other application

I have an Ericsson P900 phone and with it came a SW that allows to
synchronize PIM items between phone and Outlook. It's painful enough
that there is this idiotic "security" popup every time that tells me
that there is an application trying to access my address book and
asking whether I want to grant it access and for how long (why is
there no "indefinite"?).

It now just topped its stupidity when I just clicked "Yes" again by
suddenly declaring that I do not have the permission for this (?!?).
And it appears, that since then I can't synchronize any more, because
during several further attempts it now denied access for the sync SW
right away (i.e. without even asking me again).

So, how do I tell this stupid SW to, first, ask me again and, second,
to accept my decision? What could cause it to believe that I don't
have the permission to grant access to the address book??? Needless to
say, that I of course CAN open Outlook (V2002 (10.4712.4219) SP-2) and
that I DO have all permissions...

Maybe this could help: Try to give the Installationpath of your
Synch-Software FullAccess Rights to the User. At least this helped
with the Palm to synch with User-Rights. For the Security-popup I do
not have a solution by now.
