Synchronize handheld organizer with Outlook

Hello, I have a sony ericsson p900 phone/pda, which allows me to sync my
phone with outlook. However, a notice comes up every time asking me to grant
access for another program trying to retreive information from my address
book. Is there some way to remove this feature or allow constant access for
my phone's program?

Check to see if Ericsson has an update to their sync tool that corrects the
problem. I'd tell you where on http://www.sonyericsson.com/ but they use
javascript and cookies and I don't allow those on my machine.
