Outlook received email time is not correct

When I receive a email the received time is one hour off
from when it really was received. Any help is appreciated.

Carefully inspect your International settings of
Date/Time:
a) In Control Panel > Date and Time > Time Zone (tab)
b) In Outlook:
Tools> Options > Preferences (tab)
Calendar Options (button)
Time zone (button)

"Adjust for daylight saving" should be
either checked in both
or unchecked in both.

(Usually checked in both).
