I get an error that my folders-messages reached the limit of my Outlook.
I have Outlook 2003 However it looks that I have been using Outlook 2002
according to the message. How can set up the new size for my the Outlook 2003
I did not know that installing office 2003 it does not install Outlook 2003
new size capacity. Please reply.

if you upgraded and kept the same profile, it uses the old pst. go to file,
data file management and create a new pst then go to tools, accounts and set
the new one as the default file store. You can move or import the items from
the old pst or just use two and only move things you are using regularly.

Create a new 2003-type PST file, then copy (drag-and-drop) all data you
want to transfer from the old file to the new one.

Just to be safe it would be useful to take a backup of your old PST file
before you begin.

Dear Pat: Thanks for the reply. Please how can I create a Outlook 2003 type
PST file? I have more than 120 folders with messages of all my patients.
Dragging one by one will take me a lot of time Please help with a fast method.

Dear Diane: thanks for the reply. I said I did install Office 2003 but I did
not know that outlook still 2002 pst file. Why is keeping the old pst? Please
tell me how to create a new pst for Outlook 2003 that has a much biiger
capacity.

How do move or import more than 120 folder with all the messages and
information of all my patients? I sue them regularly.

Sorry for the delay - I am in a different timezone (Japan).

To create a new PST file:
- in Outlook click File, New, Outlook Data File...
- select Office Outlook Personal Folders File (.pst), OK.
- type a name (e.g. Outlook2003), OK.
- now type the Outlook folder name (e.g. Personal Folders 2003), OK.

You should now see your new Personal Folders 2003 folder in the left
mail folders pane. Unfortunately I did not find a method where you can
drag-and-drop all your folders to the new file - Outlook will not let me
select more than one folder to copy. Unless someone has a better idea,
you will have to copy each folder, one-by-one.

P.S. use right-click to drag-and-drop; this will let you choose between
move and copy; I believe move is the default when using left drag-and-drop.
