Outlook question

Recently installed XP service package 1, all the security
patches available, and upgraded to Media Player 9.

Can no longer access attachments to e-mails in Outlook.
The attachments are listed in dimmed type.

Anybody know the fix?

2) this is the wrong newsgroup for this question
3) outlook xp blocks unsafe attachments, so install a outlook xp unlocker
