Outlook Purge

How would I purge outlook of all email, activities, contacts, priorities, and
such? I have way too much stuff in my outlook, and I wish to start over from
scratch

Create a new PST (just how is version-specific and you decided not to share
that info). Make that PST your delivery location. All done.
