Outlook pst to Exchange 2003

Hi!

Whats the best/easiest way to "move" users from their local outlook use
(.pst file) to exchange 2003? Have just installed Exchange 2003 and now we
have about 50 users with different outlook versions (97,2000,2002 and 2003)
and a just a handful with OE. With "move" I mean that they will start using
exchange and get their old mail with them.

I'd probably set them up with a totally new profile and tell them how to use
File | IMport and Export and File | Open | Outlook Data File to get to their
old data.
