After deploying a MS Office 2003 upgrade using profile. One of our users was getting the message: Unable to open your default email folders.
After trying to open Outlook. I then went into program files, Microsoft Office and clidked on the custom11.prf and when asked, said YES to importing the profile info. This worked, but I was wondering why. Can you tell me? Thank you.
