Outlook problem

I cannot get outlook to work so need help

I want to use it for contacts and sycnhromising with mobile phone.

It asks nme for ms exchange server - what is this?

I am a home user on ntl cable.

any help approeciated

Go to control panel, mail applet. Delete the current profile and create a
new one, using internet accounts, not exchange server.
