Outlook printing emails problem

In past when printed emails from Outlook 2003 (which I keep fully
updated) on WinXP Home SE (ditto), the header info would appear.
Hadn't printed in a while, but today when i tried to print some emails,
none of them had the header info. This really makes the printout
almost useless -- i had to handwrite in all the header info. Pain in
the neck (or elsewhere).
From other threads I see that the problem may be related to
installation of IE7, which i've done. (No, I'm not going to uninstall
it -- that would be real pain in the neck.) All of emails i printed
originally were HTML (went back and checked after reading posts), so i
tried printing one plain text and it did appear OK.

I mention more to add my voice to the list, so MS doesn't think it's an
isolated problem. Hopefully, they'll post a fix soon.

PS After reading this as posted, i realized it was a bit unclear.
the email I printed plain text was a different one that came that way,
not one of the original HTML emails.

I saw a posting in another group that setting the top and bottom margins on
the email to 0 would allow the headers to print. This puzzles me as I don't
seem to be able to set the margins to anything less than .3, but I'm passing
it along anyway.

I just thought to try scale to fit, and found that option also solves the
header not printing issue.
