outlook print problems

I sometimes -- not always -- am unable to print e-mail
and calendar items from Outlook to my HP Laserjet 5MP.
On problem print jobs, I get a print dialog box that I
have never seen before (indiciating it will print
in "memo style"); on successful print jobs, I get a
different (what I have been accustomed to seeing) print
dialog box. Any help appreciated.

Please help my Hewlett Packard deskjet 600 printer will print text in green only..also colour picture printing is faded.
