Outlook plugin to highlight emails?

I use two emails programs and love the feature in Courier where I am able to
have message highlighted with specific colors for business, personal etc. Is
there any kind of plugin or add-in for Outlook Express that will do
something similar? Flagging just doesnt cut it for me and would like
something that made the email really stand out so I didnt miss it.

I fail to see after downloading and installing fido how I can highlight a
flagged message with color? Perhaps someone can explain? Fidolook is
interesting but it has a lot of features I am not even sure I can figure
out.
