Outlook Plan a Meeting incompatibility between XP and Windows 98

Hi, Everyone in this office is either 2000 or 98. The new
accountant has an XP Dell laptop. When he schedules a
meeting everyone gets gibberish. Does anyone else have
this problem or know what is wrong?

Are you all using the same version of Outlook? It is more likely that
your problems lie there rather than with the different operating
systems. Try posting in a MS Office newsgroup where there are lots of
Office experts.
