When I use outlook 2003 it will work fine for a few hours. I have it set to
automatically check my email at in certain intervals. After a few hours a
box will pop up asking for my password (I have 3 different emails
configured). I enter the password and select save passowrd. The box will
pop up again. How can I stop this from happening? I really like this email
client.

We are having the same problem, but the password request will pop up every 10
seconds! There is an article on Microsoft's help (Article ID 290684 or
Q290684) that will show you how to clear the information on the Protected
Storage System Provider subkey.

That is Microsoft's fix, but it did not work for us. I'm still looking for
a solution.

tried it and now to see if it works - will update later on tonight.

thanks

With multiple accounts, you should set your send/receive interval to no less
than 10 minutes, 15 being better. If you have mail checking set for too
short an interval, the accounts will step on each other trying to receive
mail and the account settings can get confused.
