Outlook Password problems

I have a problem with outlook that I cannot find a fix for. The password for
my email, somehow, is not recognized. I have gotten the infor provided
through the help file and tried to fix it but it does not give me the option
of sending the replace password info to an alternate email or any other
option. It justs keep sending it to the email I cannot open due to the
password problem.
Anyone have any suggestions?
 
Outlook 2003 SP3, The email is a msn hotmail account....
