Outlook Password for Microsoft Outlook 2003

There should be a way to password protect the Microsoft Outlook 2003 program.
 
you can set password for your pst file, which will prevent other users to
access emails.
 
You can at the PST file level.

I still would like to have my calendar and contacts all protected by one
general Outlook password.

David W. already gave your the answer (and you should have seen it, since
you quoted his message): password protect the PST. Right-click on the PST
root, choose Properties, click Advanced.
