Outlook Out-Of-Office feature

Outlook's Out-of-Office feature is really handy.

The only problem is that once you have received the out-of-office message,
you don't receive it again.

Can the originator of the Out-of-Office message program Outlook to send the
Out-of-Office message in response to every email received?

No. That would lead to mail loops.
