Outlook or Outlook Express

Somehow my Outlook and outlook express are not
functionong properly. Is there anyway to re-boot just
Outlook or do I need to start from scratch again with the
Office CD?
Windows XP Pro was already installed on my computer from
IBM.

Your description of the problem is far too vague. Please
try again. And you might get better results by posting
this question in a more appropriate newsgroup, for
instance either of

microsoft.public.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress
(Internet Technologies\Internet Explorer 6\Outlook Express)

or in

microsoft.public.outlook
(Office\Outlook\Outlook)
