outlook opens low resolution

Computer display is set at 1024x768 resolution but when i open outlook 2003,
the screen resolution changes to 800x600.

closing outlook restores display to 1024x768

I would appreciate assistance to configure outlook to open correctly at the
1024x768 resolution

Op system is XP with SP2 and all updates

Outlook by itself shouldn't change the screen resolution. Do you have any
add-ins?
