Outlook opens but with an error message and I am unable to check m

I dowloaded a program for my new digital camera (Cannon). Before installing
the software I deleted the old one, then I proceeded to dowloaded it. After a
while I tried to check my emails and OUTLOOK opened, but always with a
message from Microsoft that says there is an error (send report or do not
send it). Even if I say yes or no, the OUTLOOK keeps opening with the same
message and it doesn't allow me to see my emails.
I reinstalled Windows xp to fix the problem but I keep getting the message
and now it is asking me to install the program everytime. It is pretty hard
to close OUtlook once I open it.
IF anybody can give me an idea what's happening I will appreciated. Thank
you so much .
