Outlook opening to Outlook Today?

I have been attempting to get my Outlook open to the
Today page. But the Customize button on the top right
side won't work???

Plus, how do I get emails I am viewing in these
discussion pages to word wrap?

You did not mention what version of Outlook you are using...
