Outlook Only Works in Safe-Mode

I recently upgraded to Office 2007, it all works fine but Outlook. When I
start it, it locks up, then I must terminate with the Task Manager. Then when
I start it the second time, it prompts me to start in safe mode, because it
was not closed properly, then it works fine.

Has anyone experienced this phenomenon, if so is there a solution. I have
checked the on-line articles but maybe I am not asking the right question.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance Steve...

If you upgraded to Outlook 2007, create a new profile:
