Outlook only opens the 1st splash screen, never loads

I have tried every thing including reloading office, i can
open the .pst file from another computer and it is fine.
Any ideas???

Try renaming/deleting the file named outcmd.dat. (Note: This file is
located in a hidden/system directory. Do not forget to configure Windows
Explorer and/or the search option(s) accordingly.)
