I have both a PC and a laptop with Outlook installed on them. I find that my
laptop will receive certain e-mails that will not appear on the desktop PC.
My wife and I recently went on a 10-day trip, did our e-mail business only on
the laptop. When we returned home, we found a 10-day void in the "inbox" of
the desktop. Not good if you have 2 people in the same business (like my wife
and I) depending on BOTH of us being able to be on the same page. For
instance, if I went out of town and took the laptop, my wife remained at
home. We would almost certainly have to contact each other several times a
day, and be forwarding messages...
