We currently use Microsoft Small Business Server (Exchange) for our e-mails and recently bought a laptop. The problem we are having is allowing the user of the laptop to see his/her e-mail, Calender etc while not connected to the network!

Is there a way that they can view e-mails, Calander, contacts etc off site and when they return and re-connect to the network their outlook account will add any new meetings, contacts entered and also download new e-mails

Also evrybody has their own PC so when the Laptop has been docked this will also be update

Hope this is clear enoug

Cheers Craig

Yes, you can use Outlook's offline files/OST feature to sync the mailbox,
GAL, and any desired public folders to the local computer. Then the user can
work offline and when they come back in, the changes will be sync'd.

Methods depend on your version of Outlook.
