Outlook now opens word files instead of option to save - why?

For the last couple of years my Outlook has always asked if I want to open or
save a Word file when I double click on a Word attachment.

Last week this changed to automatically opening it.

I realize I can right click and choose to save the file but I would prefer
to go back to the previous default.

How do I reset the default to ask?

Any ideas on what I did to accidently change the default?
 
Windows Explorer, Tools, Options, File Types, fins the doc type and change
the open after download behavior under the advanced button.
 
Open Windows Explorer, Tools, Folder Options, file types, scroll down to doc
file, Advanced button, Check confirm open after download.
