Outlook not updating email

Outlook does not retrieve new email from exchange. Sending is fine. There are
quite a few emails building up in exchange and can be viewed fine if I use
outlook web yet outlook says its synched. Any ideas?

I'm using cached mode, so I simply created a new folder and deleted the old
account account then let it automatically create the new account using the
new folder. I would like to know though if there was a way to fix it with out
doing that.

I'm having the same problem since Feb 19. I'm not getting any new email in
Outlook 2002, while it's all coming into my msn.com live account that I could
access from hotmail.com. The same thing has happened to my gmail.com account.
Again, I could send email, but receive any.

I use Outlook Connector to configure the account, and have even recreated
the account after deleting it without luck.

Any ideas that I should try are welcome.
