Outlook not responding.

I keep getting the "not reponding" at the top of the screen. Multiple times a
day.
I then have to shut it down and reopen. Then i endup waiting while it checks
the file. Sometimes, right after it comes back up what ever i try locks it
up again. Very time consuming when trying to run a business.
Can't find a fix on the website.
 
The version of OL?
The size of the data file, which might be important?
You've run both Detect/Repair from the help menu, and run the repair tool,
scanpst.exe several times on your data file (with OL closed)?
