Outlook - Not receiving e-mail sent by certain contacts

I have a business website and e-mail address.
Recently, I have discovered that I am not receiving e-mail from certain
clients.
Also, my Junk Mail Box is always empty.
I have gone through setup/Options several times, with no improvement.
Help please?
 
Could the message be getting filtered at the server side? Does your mail
server support spam filtering
