Outlook Not Printing - Cuts off letters on both sides of paper

Hope someone can help me.

I have a user that when printing an e-mail message, some of the letters on both sides of the paper are cut off. I've checked the setting to make sure the margins were right and they are. Every other person in the office is not having this problem and print to the same printer. She tries to print on other printers with the same results.

I also uninstalled and reinstalled her printers .

Anyone have any idea what might be causing this?
