Outlook not Installed when installing Office 2007

I have a new computer with Microsoft 7. I am attempting to download trial of
Office Professional 2007, but get the following error message:
Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 must be installed before you can install
Microsoft Outlook with Business Contact Manager. Install Outlook from CD1,
and then start this installation again.
I am unable to locate where I can download Outlook 2007 without paying which
I do not want to do because I am going to pay for Office 2007.

First, only one copy of Outlook can be installed at any one time. Second,
only certain Office suites contain BCM and it's not useable with Outlook from
other suites. What trial are you downloading? Download the correct one and
you'll be able to test BCM.

I get the exact same message, but I am trying to install the Full licensed
version of 2007 MS Office Suite from CD, on a brand-new out-of-the-box Dell
Windows7 PC. I have no other install options. I tried uninstalling any MS
Office trial software that came with the PC, but still the same damn message.
I can't conceive how this type of thing can get by quality control.
