outlook not downloading messages.

I have been using Outlook 2003 for about a year now. I have my own domain
hosted and download my email through POP3 configuration. I have not changed
any settings at all. For a little over a week, when I hit send/receive. The
box pops up checks for new messages and goes away as if I dont have any new
ones. But my mail has been piling up. I am having to go webmail interface
to check it. I have downloaded it just fine using Outlook Express and having
to import it over. I can send messages just fine also.

Enable diagnostic logging and see if it indicates where the problem lies.

Well it just wanted to start working yesterday. its working fine now. dont
ask me. not cuz i rebooted it either, been shut down plenty of times.
