Outlook not Closing Correctly

Office 2003 sp1. When closing Outlook the icon stays in the system tray and
doesn't close outlook.exe You need to kill outlook.exe trough task manager
to open outlook again.

1. Do you have a PDA? If so, try undocking it before you close Outlook and
see if that fixes the issue.
2. Do you use custom forms?
3. Do you have any add-ins installed?
