Outlook nonresponding when opening email w attachment

I can open emails unless they have an attachment. If
there is an attachment, double clicking or right clicking
the email causes Outlook to go into nonresponding mode
requiring shutting down Outlook with Task Manager and
rebooting. I am using Win XP professional with Office XP
2002. Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks

I'am having the same problems, please let me know if you find a
solution.

I had the same problem. After deinstalling WINFAX 10 the problem was
solved

I can help with this maybe. First I need to know if you are using
Outlook with an exchange server at a remote location. i.e. you are
home and connecting to an exchange server at workvia the internet.
