Outlook--New profile, no new emails

I have a user who re-created her profile in OUtlook 02 a few days ago and now
she can only see the emails since the profile recreation. Emails she had
before then are gone. She is on the correct server. Does anyone have any
suggestions?

An exchange environment?
If not and is using pst files then probably the user created a new data
file, so within OL open the other pst file
