Outlook needs an option to not print the header on e-mails

There are 87 employees in my department and there are only 7 of us with
computer access and e-mail accounts. We use outlook and we print all of our
campus e-mails and post them on the board for all to read. With our old
e-mail program we could just print. Now that we have outlook when we push
print it prints out three pages of header and prints the names of all of the
800 e-mail recepients on campus. The only way around that is to copy and
paste it into a word document and then print. Seems like there could be an
easy fix to that problem, it certainly is a pain.

This fix is to teach people how to use email properly, particularly the Bcc field in this case. "There are seldom technological solutions to behavioral problems."
