Outlook migration wont stop After F.A.S.T. completion

I used FAST to between XP sp2 (orig MS Office xp --new MS Office 2003) on
both machines but after the migration, Outlook continues to try to migrate
account settings. Error message is (Unable to open your default e-mail
folders. the Server is not avail. Contact Admin) It looks like the .pst is
not locted because of folder hiearchy difference....even after adjusting the
location and name of the Personal Folders to match...Outlook still tries to
migrate acoounts and files. After removing the profile i am able to create a
new account but upon reopening Outlook the migration attempt continues, with
orig error message.

Any help would be apreciated...i am thinking something in msconfig or a reg
hack????
