Creating a meeting.

Scenario

I create a meeting for myself and another person, the person receives an
email stating Accept, Decline, Tentative.

The solution I want which would be great is when the other person receives
the notification once accepted the meeting email will automatically be
archived into a folder. Please help this would be brilliant.

Why would you archive a meeting that hasn't taken place yet? I can't see the
brilliance of that yet.
If the other person accepts the meeting, the meeting request is already
removed from the Inbox.
