Outlook mail merge to Word blank document

Hi. I am trying to mail merge from Outlook to Word but when my Word
application opens I get a blank document.

I am using Outlook 2003 and Word 2003. Any help much appreciated.

Once the blank document opens, you need to add the text, merge fields, etc. to create the mailing.
