Outlook Mail Files

I was attacked by a virus and lost all my Outlook files from March 2004 until
now. All of my saved email that I had stored on the Outlook is gone. Is there
a way to recover them? Are they on my hard drives somewhere or are the email
on my ISP servers? Please help!

There should only be one file (unless you archived) - called *.pst.
