Outlook mail account

I'm unable to access my mail anymore. All of my emails have disappeared as
well. My internet provider Comcast says it is an outlook problem. This has
been going on for months now. I need to resume this account if possible.

Help,
 
may i know what is the operating system.
first of all follow these steps
Click Start>Control Panel>Mail>Email Account>View or Change Existing Email
Accounts>and make sure that in Coming server should be
"sz-pop.mail.comcast.net" because comcast changed the incoming mail server
and after that check test account settings.
If it does not work copy the settings and create a new profile in outlook
if you do not know how to create a new profile in outlook please visit

and see if it works or not.
