Outlook locks up everytime I click on a link or attachment.

Just started having this problem. If i try to click on a hperlink or open an
attachment in Outlook, Outlook locks up. I can copy and paste the hyperlink,
or save the document - and then I can access. But can no longer directly
access by clicking on in Outlook 2003.
 
Try emptying the Outlook temp folder and try again;
