outlook loads twice

I just installed office 2003. Whwn I open outlook if
freezes. When I open windows task manager it shows that
outlook is running twice. I deleted my previous version
(office2000). I've looked in the program file and and it
shows on the the 2003 version. Could there be another
file somewhere else? Any suggestions??? tks brian

it;'s not loading twice, it's hung with a dialog open - probably the send
and receive dialog. if you let it alone, does it ever load? if so, try
disabling send/receive every xx minutes to see if it loads correctly.

if it doesn't load, use windows search (advanced options) and find the
*.srs for your profile.
